Terms of Service

Welcome: By accessing and using DevFestVerse (operated by GDG Cloud Bangkok), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, the Google Developer Community Guidelines, and our Code of Conduct.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging in with Google Identity Services, or interacting with the 2D virtual venue, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Eligibility & Community Code of Conduct

DevFestVerse is dedicated to providing a harassment-free, welcoming, and collaborative event experience for all participants regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, or religion.

All participants agree to:

Be respectful and inclusive in all public chat, stage Q&A questions, and avatar displays.
Refrain from spamming, offensive language, or harassing other community members.
Respect the intellectual property of speakers, workshop instructors, and community builders.

3. User Accounts & Google Authentication

You may access DevFestVerse using Google Sign-In or quick registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your user identity.

4. Builder Showcase & User-Generated Content

When submitting projects, session questions, or feedback to DevFestVerse:

You retain ownership of your submitted software, demo links, and content.
You grant GDG Cloud Bangkok a non-exclusive license to showcase your project within the virtual event Builder Zone.
You represent that your submitted content does not violate any third-party copyrights, licenses, or contain malicious code.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

DevFestVerse is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis for community educational and event engagement purposes. GDG Cloud Bangkok does not warrant that the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Applicable Google Terms & Policies

DevFestVerse integrates official Google Identity Platform services. All users are also subject to Google's terms and privacy policies:

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
